The Alliance is proud to serve as a programmatic partner
for the 2017 Board Source Leadership Forum.
 
The three-day event boasts an impressive array of sessions, discussions and networking events, featuring top-notch experts sharing the newest thinking and practices in nonprofit governance and leadership.
 
The Alliance has four member-led sessions at #BLF2017:

Interim executive leadership is a craft with its own ethos, best practices, tools and approaches. This full-day workshop is designed specifically for nonprofit senior executives and consultants and will cover lessons learned from nearly two decades of experience across hundreds of interim executive assignments.  
 
You'll learn: 
  • The role of interim as a transformational capacity builder. 
  • Best practices for preparing an organization during executive transition. 
  • A step-by-step approach for completing a successful interim assignment.
Workshop Leaders: 
  • Catherine Bradshaw is co-founder and principal consultant at Cadence Consulting, LLC and co-chair of the Alliance's Executive Transition & Leadership Continuity Affinity Group.
  • Lynne Molnar is a Principal at Molnar Consulting working nationally with leadership transitions, boards and executive directors. 
  • Marissa Q. Paine is Interim Executive Director of the Alliance for Nonprofit Management and Principal of the Painefree Coaching & Consulting Group
