Lynne Molnar a recognized leader in the field of executive transitions, serving in nine interim executive director roles, and oversaw the placements of eighty interim and transition consultants through her work with Management Support Organizations in NYC and Boston. She conducts workshops on succession planning and executive transitions for consultants, board members and executive directors.
Holding graduate degrees in business from Boston University and education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Lynne began her consulting career in 1993, after a 20-year career in nonprofit management serving at various times as supervisor, controller and executive director. She has served as the first co-chair of the Alliance’s executive transition affinity group with Margaret Donohoe, and continues to serve in a leadership role.
